Great colleagues, a bit administrative - Policy Advisor British Academy Employee Review

- Really Nice venue that was always clean - Friendly people, seems like moral was high - great training opportunities - Free snacks and really nice coffee making machine

- Felt like my role was restrictive, didn't like clocking in and out and having my rota managed (this was just my department) - Salary isn't great, it's better for entry level staff, it was ok for a the short run. - Quite a loud office and distractive atmosphere, sometime management didn't seem professional with their comments, and some micromanaging happened.

Great environment, friendly colleagues, great location.

Poor pay. Management seem to accept high staff turnover.
