There are some great people within middle-management, they want you to succeed but have their hands tied by leadership. Remote work is another plus, unlimited PTO. 401k but no matching as well!
Cons
Ah where to I begin. This company has a big leadership problem, folks at the top are not in touch with the rest of the company and leave employees constantly questioning where they stand within the organization. There is little to no structure, and those who have tried to implement this have either been let go or have left on their own accord. Within the sales organization, unattainable quotas leave reps on both the SDR and AE side wondering how they will ever hit targets. No sales enablement leading to new hires feeling stuck. I watched leadership decide things that made no sense and no explanation to employees, leading to a mass exodus across the board. I have been at a few startups, and I'm glad that I got out when I did. If you are newer in your career or looking for a challenge, I would advise you to look elsewhere.
