The company is a great place to work with exceptional benefits and opportunities and the staff really would do anything to help one another
Cons
I feel that the company as a whole does not know what level it is operating on, sometimes pitching itself as a big boy but then doesn't really have the clout to make this count.
Also, current cost cutting measures are really starting to bite

Thanks for your review, great staff seems to be a real theme throughout the reviews of Britvic!
Overall Britvic (North American Business Unit) has been a good place to work. There is flexibility with the work schedule (i.e. need to go to the doctor, no need to worry if you'll be able to get the hour away approved), and management is supportive of the people within the organization in all areas.
Individual creativity and action is encouraged- you own your business at Britvic.
Britvic has oriented the business in an upward direction with defined goals. Britvic has in place an experienced leadership team guiding the North American business.
Cons
Contrary to some of the other reviews, Britvic is not aimlessly wandering around mistreating employees. However, Britivc has at times struggled with the aspects of global business as it pertains to the U.S. The new /re-structured leadership team is making changes to advance the business in line with the U.S. market needs.
As a smaller business (within the U.S. at least), Britvic has small business challenges, primarily:
-Limited career opportunties (as the U.S. business grows this will change positively)
-Higher than average workload (again, as the business grows more employees can be hired)
-Multi-function responsibility that is normally not associated with a similar role elsewhere (we often seek cross-functional training as part of career development; I personally do not necessarily see hands-on experience as a negative)
