Good Pay and Coworkers - IT Operations Intern Briviant Employee Review

Good base pay as well as a solid training regimen offered by the company. Biggest benefit at the time of my employment was the ability to work remotely and I was able to complete my tasks quickly and efficiently due to that. Staff at the company are also very helpful and everyone seems to have a good team effort. Would recommend!

It’s remote work and they do provide a (crappy) laptop. Everyone else also hates the owner so it’s easy to make friends

Management loves to abuse employees and absolutely micro-manages. Expectations are set ridiculously high because he’s a small business that’s desperate for growth. The company is called Briviant but really only has one product but they make it look bigger than it actually is. The majority of the team is filled with temporary interns who produce less than ideal work. Owner still blames employees for problems arisen from previous interns who already left. Pay is slightly below average and owner clearly prefers Chinese employees
