The leadership is approachable and genuinely supportive, offering guidance while encouraging initiative and problem-solving. There’s plenty of room for growth, both vertically and laterally, and your contributions are valued and visible. The systems and processes in place — from CRM workflows to reporting and client communication — make it easier to succeed and learn continuously.
Cons
The pace can be fast, and there’s a learning curve when navigating all the features of the CRM and internal processes. Remote work requires self-motivation and proactive communication. Some workflow limitations exist, but leadership is open to feedback and continuously improving systems.
