Pros

Working from home and not having to commute to work. They also provide majority of your work equipment.

Cons

Recruiters are very deceptive, they will tell you anything to get you through the door. They will make the company seem amazing by lying about work schedules, job description, bonuses, and friendly work environment. Make sure to get everything in writing because this company is untrustworthy. Required to have web cam on you the entire shift. Can't miss any days including after training. You will be penalized even if you have a doctor's note. This job is temporary, but they will try to get you to stay and work hard by dangling the possible opportunity to become permanent. Unorganized systems, scripts, and policies. Training does not help with the actual job you will be doing because job role will most likely change multiple times throughout your contract. Team experience is inconsistent and depends on manager. Management are not held accountable for anything.

Pros

Excellent training depending on the project.

Cons

Depending on the project training can be last minute. You could be thrown on the without be trained on vital aspects of the campaign. Team Leads often don't have proper training, often unavailable when needed, often give incorrect Medicare information.
