BroadPeak is a cool company with really smart people. Highly driven. Friendly environment where the focus is very much on delivering cool technology. This is a pretty big clojure shop. If you don't know clojure ...you will and you will love it. I started out as a Java developer and never looked back. Laid back office, but everyone works hard. You choose your own hours and as much/little holiday as you can take while still getting your job done. Strong values company compared to other software companies I've worked for. They really do focus on customer satisfaction.

Very smart people across the board. If you are not intelligent you are not going to get through the interview process. A bit short staffed at times.
