      Pros

      Not many. This company has SO much potential, but the people running it are incompetent.

      Cons

      Here are just a few: They don't pay much. They nickel-and-dime you on your expense reports. They micromanage you 24/7. They track you using Life360. They do not pay you mileage within your territory. They lie to customers about their ratings and performance. The benefits are terrible and very expensive.

      Cons

      The people above you don’t know what they need and everything be will be last minute with wrong information for all graphics/ flyers / emails etc. The CEO just likes to hear his own mouth flap instead of get real work done that makes a difference for customers and employees.
