UK office is looking tired

Interesting technology, working in a constantly changing and improving field.

Extremely bad leadership. The management is not able to set priorities right. They are throwing money on useless people, while the core business is suffering. Good and competent people are often pushed too hard. When they decide to leave, nobody cares. The replacements are often useless, but expensive. CEO is not capable of running local 7/11 and this is a multinational company.
