-They look after their employees - a member of senior management lent me his tickets for the Arsenal-Chelsea game a little while ago when I was only 5 months into the business! -We've just moved into our new offices! Lots of room, very modern and incredibly polished. -Close ties to our sister company, who work on the same floor as us. They work in the digital space and working collaboratively with a company that has such a different company culture is always refreshing. - No elitism/favouritism - having come from other companies where this was the case, it's nice to come to an environment where even the MD and directors will sit with you, discuss any issues that you are having and take the time to check on you on a personal level -Senior management listen to you and your ideas - for example I explained that new starters would benefit from getting mentored from people newer to the company than those who are more senior here, as they themselves have gone through that recently enough to have insight into the problems they may face. This has since been implemented into our onboarding process for new employees! -Very welcoming to new employees - the whole business and sister business -Very mature working environment - this is a target-driven job, but you are given the autonomy you need and are treated like an adult

Broadgate Search as a business overall is doing recruitment right in this day and age; the marketing is great, the CSR initiatives are heartfelt and genuine, D&I and mental health are spoken about openly and they have won multiple awards that are very credible and not just 'recruitment awards'. The vision and pillars are clear, and the managers work extremely hard to keep everyone happy and motivated. As with any business (particularly recruitment agencies) it's all about the people and the barriers to entry are pretty tough at Broadgate for good reason. All the consultants are very switched-on, smart people who are passionate about their job and always aiming to do the best for their clients and candidates. They work hard and take their job seriously but there is still a friendly, fun, welcoming and collaborative atmosphere. It's a great environment to be in if you have a similar outlook to your work. The culture allows you to be innovative, build your own brand and managers/colleagues are open to new ideas to continuously better the business and grow. Broadgate is a workplace where you will be expected to put a lot in but you will get a lot out of it and feel proud to work there...unlike a lot of recruitment agencies!

Collaboration across Trinnovo as a group still needs work but is being addressed and improved on by the new Group Client Relationship Manager. Internal meetings could be shorter and more efficient.
