easy first time job good work environment

not a lot of hours

- flexibility with needing to leave early for appointments -the residents are often very kind and you have the ability to develop close relationships with them -typically issues you bring to management are dealt with right away - you can usually leave earlier than the time you are scheduled as long as you get all of your work done

- A lot of drama and disrespect from other employees - Things are constantly being changed and you never know where you are going to be working that day (they randomly put you in work areas that you didn’t originally apply for) - extremely slow paced to the point of it being very boring and feels like your day goes on forever
