Toxic work environment - Managers have child like temper tantrums in front of everyone. Zero collaboration - People afraid if they share knowledge they will be irrelevant and let go. Very cliquey - forced to play politics no matter how hard you try to avoid it, Too much bureaucracy and red tape - Unable to to do simple tasks without filling out a hundred online tickets via eight different systems. Then have to sit there for days waiting for someone else to do your simple task for you.
