Pros
My bills are paid every month.
Cons
If I had to describe Broan in two words, I would use "dumpster fire." No amount of useless corporate jargon can make the decisions of upper management seem employee forward, business forward, or company forward. Never once has a decision been to the benefit of the future of the company, the employees, or the customers. Never in my life have I seen an organization focused so purely on making a quick buck for their private owners. It's so transparent it's almost painful. This company does not care about its employees or customers. If you work here and only do the level of work you were hired to do, call that a miracle. They refuse to hire the number of people needed, then get upset when targets aren't hit. Of all the illogical, unreasonable people I've met, the leadership at Broan takes the cake. No surprise the retention has been so terrible. Some days I consider if being homeless would be better than working here.
If you want to feel like trash, get payed less than you deserve, and be overworked, Broan is the place for you.
