      Working with my former team was a pleasure!

      Cons

      They talk a big game about career advancement, but promotions were all about who you buddied up with , not how hard you worked. I busted my hump keeping that stockroom running, but all I got was a pat on the back and a greasy apron.

      Reviews seemed to have come from angry employees. The company overall is pretty good. Yes it has it ups and down but overall it is a good company to work for.

      I enjoy coming to work every day at Broaster. The people I work with are a great group of individuals. Leadership is very helpful and supportive.

      It is a job that requires you to be in office daily. Remote options are not available.
