Less of a con and more of an opportunity: They sometimes coordinate agency-wide learning or civic events, such as helping out with the Cleveland Food Bank or receiving a course in CPR. I hope they continue to offer more of these opportunities, as it's a great way to team-build outside of the day-to-date work, while also learn a new, useful skill.

The people hands down. We strive for 2% better in all aspects of work and life and you can really feel it. There's so much support and enthusiasm from everyone, it makes it easy to work.

The office has weird hvac issues and is unreliable. Constant sweaters needed.
