Rotunda Capital Partners took over in Jan 2023 and completely ruined the company. They are running it to the ground. They dont care about employees. Employees are leaving and they are leaving positions open for others to fill with no pay raise. They have offered insulting raises to employees this year despite increased workloads. I will be leaving as soon a possible
