Pros
Smart people, interesting work and looks good on a resume. If you get in, plan an exit strategy as well.
Cons
Opaque leadership, employees are generally treated poorly except for a select few, zero consistency across business units, let alone specific teams. During COVID true colors really showed of how little executive management cares for its people. IT is an absolute joke and so many people are beaten down that they just don’t care anymore.
