Although the messaging emphasizes that it’s “about the students,” the pressure to enroll quickly — regardless of long-term fit — suggests that numbers ultimately take priority. Opportunities to genuinely connect with students or check in on their well-being are often discouraged if they don’t directly contribute to immediate enrollment outcomes.
Additionally, expectations such as making 100+ calls daily, combined with limited lead flow and minimal marketing support, create a high-pressure environment that prioritizes quantity over quality. This approach can make it difficult to build authentic connections or feel aligned with the mission being communicated
