      Schedule and camaraderie. Was a wonderful working environment with people who genuinely cared about your physical and mental health. Workload was fairly easy.

      Cons

      Not much. Pay could be a bit more but it was a smaller company so I understand.

      Very relaxed and casual workplace, good management and you are free to do what you like as long as the work gets done as well.
