Unsafe, Unfair, Unethical Work Environment - Server/Waiter Brothers Employee Review

This environment was the most unethical and unsafe place I've ever worked in. Upper management shows no concern for the safety of women employees when it comes to harassment within and outside of the workplace. On top of this, they also show blatant favoritism when it comes to promotions and time off. I'm extremely ashamed to say that I worked for this company because of it. As for the late-night shifts, customers can be disrespectful and oftentimes violent. I've seen many fights working here and have also been physically assaulted by a customer. Wouldn't recommend employment here for anyone.
