      Pros

      Decent pay for unskilled/new workers. Brothers is also usually willing to hire nearly anyone and has plenty of hours to give based off availability.

      Cons

      Owners sometimes do not respect/realize that employees have lives outside of work, and expect workers to drop any activity to come into work.
