Company you cannot trust - Analytical Chemist Broughton Laboratories Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to review Broughton Laboratories. We are sorry to hear you found your work boring. Our aim is to support team members in pursuing a career they are passionate about, using the skills they demonstrate and understanding the areas of work they enjoy through personal development plans. Unfortunately, we have to disagree with your comment around an irritating place to travel. We are lucky to be based in a beautiful location just outside of Skipton, which following a recent survey conducted by Rightmove is the second happiest place to live in Great Britain. Our facility is set within the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, surrounded by meadow pastures and rivers. We offer plenty of free parking, a short walk to a bus route and a short journey to Skipton train station. We have fans, should we experience a week of particularly warm weather and heaters available should anyone need them. We would not hesitate to purchase more should they be requested. The building has air conditioning fitted within the laboratories. We are dedicated to providing a competitive salary in line with businesses of similar sizes and perform salary reviews on an annual basis. We are disappointed in your view of the management team.
