Pros
- Free coffee & milk - The team you get to suffer (I mean spend) the days with - they make the days bearable - Exposure to how a company should NOT be doing things. - Decent food options around the area
Cons
Quite loaded this word - "Con" - Let's define it shall we? As a verb; to persuade (someone) to do or believe something - typically by use of deception. As a noun; an instance of deceiving or tricking someone. If you've read all the other reviews - the ones that are actually real... not the fake ones... ain't nobody 'fortunate' to work here & the products are 'meh'... there are plenty of other workplaces/offices that are better than this; where the employee is not forced to fake a smile or have to uncomfortably be in presence of ignorant sexist and racist comments, or even better - being touched inappropriately. Let's remember what we learned in kindergarten - KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF. Culture here, by far, is one of the most negative places to work in - you're encouraged to stifle your emotions with "positivity" - essentially fake it till you make it (through the day) & this is every single day. Never mind that EVERYONE feels this way, but some are better at Browne nosing than others. Communication is fragmented if at all even present. Sometimes it's like talking to a wall - they act like they're listening but really they're just working on their rebuttal. ** Side note: When someone is talking to you - don't eyeball them up and down - or stare at their chest.. that's inappropriate. ** seriously. Monitored – kind of like a prison – God forbid you have your own life to deal with – come in late? Make sure you talk to 7 different people about it, to make sure that everyone knows your personal business – all for the safety of the team. Because your dentist appointment most definitely will take away from tasks of others in the office or the money that is NOT being made with all the ridiculous fire hoops you have to jump through before actually executing something.
