Pros
The best law firm I've ever worked for. The culture is very friendly, and the partnership is generally very pleasant to work with. They operate with respect and allow people the space to do their jobs. I consider the pay to be slightly above average in terms of base pay and bonus. The bonus system is tied to performance, but as long as you hit KPIs and the company is doing well, you'll get better than industry average. I had a health concern at the start of the year, which the company bent over backwards to support. Cover was brought in, and I was able to focus on recovery, with both HR and my director being incredibly supportive and helpful at what was a difficult time.
Cons
As far as law firms go, it's a top place to work. Aside from some deep-rooted operational issues (common to most law firms), it's a lovely firm to work for.
