Pros
Many good people, nice facility, good pay, decent benefits package and lots of work to be completed. Quality products and future orders going out years ensure the company will be there. Many of the good people are very skilled and are wonderful team players. No lack of required resources to complete work in an efficient, timely fashion.

Unprofessionalism runs rampant from endless gossip and rumors regarding employees dating, their personal lives or their supposed thoughts regarding management and other employees. Cliques of grandfathered in employees, some of which should have already retired due to their inability to learn modern technology and methods of operation, blatant discrimination of employees that are younger, minorities, better trained in modern technology,
