None. Long hours at times but not too many.

Great employees-- talented and good people. Owner can be generous with bonuses although he is stepping aside more and more.

The owner, who had the vision and passion, has since semi-retired. New management runs the place like a factory and lacks the ability to support and rally employees. New management does not have the skills to run an ad agency.
