      -unlimited time off -free lunches if you are NYC employee

      Cons

      From cofounders to vps to middle management- unfortunately there is very little trust between them and non mgmt employees. There have been multiple exits per month with no explanation. The only mgr that I can say cares about his direct reports is the VP of sales.

      People are fantastic. Interesting product and problems to solve. Mission is admirable. Impact is visible with a highly passionate user base.
