I’m genuinely sorry you had an upsetting experience during your time here. What you’ve expressed is completely contrary to the culture and environment we want at Bubble. Your feedback is important, it’s been heard and I don’t take it lightly.
We’ve been implementing various things recently to make Bubble a great place to work, like private medical insurance, work from anywhere weeks and generally a very flexible hybrid and flex working policy. And nobody has ever been denied a holiday or pay review they were promised.
I’m really proud of the fantastic, smart and genuinely decent team we have built here. We really care deeply about everyone. Work can sometimes be tough and there’s no denying we are under pressure to hit certain objectives. People are expected to work really hard here, but that should never mean they don’t feel cared about and well looked after at the same time.
I’m really sorry in your case we fell short. I’m always open to hearing your feedback directly too, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.
