Pros
I have done two events with the company abroad. I can honestly say that they have been some of the best experiences of my life. Traveling for leisure is fun of course, but there is something about learning a city to the extent that you have to in order to be a tour guide for others, that makes the experience so much richer. You get to immerse yourself into a country and culture fully. The management and other staff members that travel also make the events really fun. The company is great at hiring individuals who all share the same sentiment - work hard, play hard. You are working 24/7 during an event, but more than half that time feels like you are playing. And what better way to have fun than with a few other hundred people that are also there to have a good time? Which brings me to my last and other favorite part, the clients. Yes, there are definitely difficult ones, but most of the people you get to meet are amazing. You end up building lasting connections with them and who doesn't want friends that live all over the world? All in all, if you are thinking about working for this company or staffing an event with them, don't hesitate - GO.
Cons
As I mentioned, when working an event you are on call 24/7. It does get exhausting, but at the same time, you are having so much fun that you forget that you do need rest. After leaving an event you will need time to catch up on sleep and recover.
