NEW OWNERSHIP!! I worked at this office in 2019 and I did not love it. In 2020 I left and took another position at another office. I had made great friends at my time at Buckles & Buckles and when the ownership changed some time in 2022 my friends told me to come back and try it with the new owners. I am so happy I did! The new owners are VASTLY different than the old. I feel heard and appreciated. Great pay and a great group of people. I see myself staying for a long while! The attitude of the trainer is very off-putting The 'learn by doing' mentality is inappropriate for such a litigated field The expectations of trainer seems to neglect how long it takes to understand all duties Company policy is dehumanizing and unrelentingly untrustworthy of employees
