BuddyBoss, Boss Media, AppBoss - Software Developer BuddyBoss Employee Review

I am the co-owner of BuddyBoss (and AppBoss) and would like to respond to all of the points here as I think it is an unfair depiction of the company. "American Founders, Developers based out of India and such, "Head Office" in Vancouver!" I'm not sure why she put "Head Office" in quotes as our head office is indeed in Vancouver. We have 9 people in the Vancouver office and we do most of the operations from there, including project management. And then we have an offshore team working around the world, some in USA, others in India, Europe and Philippines. Those people are incredibly smart and provide a ton of value to our team. We know our overseas employees personally and go visit them and take them on retreats, I was just in India a week ago for one of our employee's weddings there. I love our distributed team and consider them a big part of the BuddyBoss family. The employee who wrote this review knew she would be working with a mix of local and oversees staff both in the job posting and when hired, so there is no justification to complain about it. "2 young cofounders with ZERO Business and real-life experience" I am 34... that's not that young. I have a wife and family and have traveled all around the world. I started the company in 2010, meaning I have been growing this company for 9 years straight. We now have nearly 45 employees, and tens of thousands of customers, and we are probably the most well known brand in our niche. To people reading this, you can judge those facts however you want. "Over Promising Clients to charge their money. Get Rich fast mentality." Our goal is to make our client's lives easier and most of them love working with us. The majority of our revenue, well over 70%, comes from repeat business from existing clients. Don't believe me? The truth is that we treat our developers well and pay them well too. They get to work on fun, rewarding projects and be part of a team, and again, we pay them well. Do we expect people to work hard and get things done quickly, YES! We have high standards, if you have a good work ethic and you are proud of doing good work you will love working at BuddyBoss. If you are lazy, then you won't enjoy it.
