Pros
- You get a paycheck every Friday. - Warrantied trucks with AC. - That’s all. - You could previously get a free CDL but now that is no longer a benefit due to a change of laws.
Cons
- The pay is terrible and fluctuates too much to even try to budget. You may make $605 after tax, but next week you’ll make $890 with fewer hours on that check. - Management talks to employees however they feel like. - Upon turning in a notice, they will critique everything as if you haven’t already told them you’re no longer interested in the job. - Management gossips, mainly because HR is married to a manager. Not even sure how that’s allowed. - Management forces large/overwhelming orders into stores, which then leads to angry managers and store owners. Not to mention the product goes out of date in the store, so the money is actually lost. - Most of lower management speaks of leaving sooner or later, they just can’t find an opportunity around the area…this is not okay, as it lowers company morale. - Time and attendance is ridiculously strict. - The longer an employee stays, the more disrespected and walked over that employee will become. - HR tells you that the pay is commission-based, but the pay doesn’t add up to any sort of commission, as case counts are never on paystubs. When I asked how the commission works, I was told it’s a “long and strategic process.”
