A lot of those relationships seem to have formed through navigating the toxic unpredictability of the company together. Compensation incentives, including bonuses, have been nice, and the period of rapid growth last year created a genuinely energizing atmosphere. The company’s mission and customer impact also contributed to a sense of purpose and motivation for many employees. Additionally, the investment in office spaces and in-person collaboration was nice.

The organization has experienced repeated restructuring over a relatively short period, including multiple rounds of layoffs and significant employee turnover. The pace of departures across teams has created MAJOR concerns about long-term stability and leadership direction. There also appears to be a noticeable lack of diversity across the company, particularly in female representation.
