BFS is a leader in its industry. They offer opportunities to learn aspects of the business that you cannot get at many other companies. If you work hard and are good at your job, as a general rule, you will move up. Compensation is generally fair.
Cons
In some departments, an associate's ability to be successful is limited by poor management of his/her superiors. Benefits are not competitive.
