Pros
You get a few holidays off. New Years, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas, Memorial Day and Labor Day, July 4th. Everything else comes out of RTO which is unlimited but, good look being able to take it. The 15% bonus is nice
Cons
No work life balance. On-call 24x7 even if you are on vacation. Horrible management that openly plays favorites, screams and berates employees during scrums for issues out of their control. No tuition reimbursement Very few benefits beyond the bare minimum found at every company Medical is covered by BCBS of TX which is difficult to use if you aren't in TX. Check with your Dr and Rx before applying!
