Pros
As a long time employee for over 2 decades, I have seen a lot. The compensation package is very competitive. The local culture has been great. The autonomy as a sales rep is a big plus. The company allows us to run our business within certain parameters.
Cons
We are now a BIG corporate company. We have always had the ability in the past to make decisions at the local level, but now we seem to be directed by a corporate team. As we have grown, our local levels of management have increased causing a lot of redundancy and poor communication. Our benefits are terrible for a company our size. With each acquisition, our benefits have deteriorated.
