Flexible schedule, part time, work with clients at their home

Don’t get paid mileage unless it’s to cover someone else’s shift.

They are pretty flexible but perhaps I’ve been lucky. The families I have worked with have been flexible. You have to make up any hours you miss which is a good thing.

Things get lost in translation. Definitely need more training for new employees. Pay can be better. Driving from home to home can be an issue depending on the distance from one place to the other.
