      Pros

      Offices in prime location, easily accessible offices. Good facilities at office like meeting room, good food at at cafeteria. Good and cooperative staff.

      Cons

      Properties are in far-off locations, which is a minus for the company. It is hard to convince people as people demand plots near highways and near to city.
