Pros
-Remote work forever and without questions. -Great people (very nice founders too). -Career plan and continuous feedback. -They have a happiness manager for each area, there is literally a person taking care of your happiness. -Frequent promotions if you give your best. -People-centered work culture. -Great office (soon to be greater). Free ice cream and beer. -Great benefits (you have to choose though, benefit points are limited). -Fun activities (parties, online activities, classes, workshops, etc). -Flexibility with work hours (you still oughtn't skip the meetings of course). -"Unlimited" vacations. -Dev talks every friday. -Horizontal hierarchy, you can go and talk to the CEO/CTO/any founder and they will gladly listen.
Cons
-High learning curve for new people. -Grew too quickly, too many new devs which translated into low seniority levels. -Because of this, too many responsibilites can fall on your shoulders. -Sometimes deadlines and workload can be excessively absurd, especially because there aren't enough seasoned devs. -A handful of people hired as "seniors" doing literally nothing, which makes you think. (Time will tell if these 5 Cons will go away). -Even though they really seem to care about their employees, pay is below average compared to other succesful tech companies in the area, which is a real bummer. -Too much positivity can be dangerous, sometimes people need to listen to honest constructive criticism from their leaders to keep growing as a professional.
