Its a startup in tech, so it is still experiencing birthing pains

The company culture was good. People were nice and friendly. Everyone was open to ideas. Being a startup , you'd have to do some things outside of your scope at times. Work-setup was convenient.

Not much cons other than the usual startup challenges
