The only disruptive thing is constant pain and bad management practises. Dealing with upper management is like torture and you are expected to suck up. Selective reasoning and risk avoidance are the norm. Shiny offices doesn’t mean a healthy culture, corporate social responsibility also incorporates a healthy relationship with employees.
