Cons
Just about everything. This is the worst working environment I’ve ever seen. Management has zero understanding of how to build a happy workplace. Turnover is outrageous, and for good reason. At one point, employees weren't even allowed to talk to one another unless they did so in a small conference room (which is always in use by management). People seem to be fired on a whim for no justifiable reason. Employees are often fired over the phone with no warning. Most employees constantly fear that they could be terminated at any time for even the slightest misstep. If management does find you useful, they will burden you with obscure responsibilities outside of your original job requirements.
