-Incredible work life balance as well as benefits package -You can tell the company cares about it's employees success -The company provides incentives for it's employees yearly -Management is always willing and open to teach to help you grow as an employee

-Maternity leave package could be better. I think a longer duration at full pay would be more appealing. As someone who has had children, the first 3 months are so important to be home rather than feeling pressured to return to work due to financial constraints

Insurance and close to home

From the top down they are seldom if ever on the floor, concerns are raised and given lip service, quality is questionable to non existent. Usually there is an excuse why items can't be done, though sometimes they just ignore the issues in hopes of the issues go away, it's front the top down, when HQ visits there are no shift meetings to discuss issues, they come in, word is passed things are dirty, they leave, no pathways to better production and quality. The two week rule "they make a roar about something and in about two weeks they can't even remember what policy they had put in place".
