Senior Management do not trust any of us staff. Recording and constant monitoring of us to find fault and to start another cycle of Bullying. The staff try hard to do what senior management ask but targets are not realistic and senior management refuse to accept this. This place has become chaotic, disorganised and a very unpleasant place to be. We all know what we do isn’t good enough (for management) and so we are all resigned to the fact that at some point it will be our turn to be fired or we’ll just need to move on. A big Con is the fact that the Bullens still run this business!
