I have never seen this before in my career. In some cases, these decisions appeared to be driven by abusive managers, with leadership failing to step in or properly review the situation. - The responsibilities are "fluid" meaning you'll often be asked to do new tasks without warning and execute them perfectly. - Work-life balance is poor. I was expected to work in the evenings many times. I had to cancel personal plans more than once to accommodate poor planning. - Company doesn't live out their values.
