      Great work flexibility and benefits. Awesome mission and general work culture.

      Cons

      A lot of decisions are made without any realistic plan to actualize goals. Leadership does not provide all of the staff members with the resources to be successful.

      Great mission, great values - love the people I work with.

      Cons

      It's a fast-paced "startup" mentality-based organization and some people struggle with the constant change, pivots, and fluidity of roles and environment. Others of us thrive on it!
