Fairly easy day to day task - putting buns in bags

Cons

- Low pay for you what you do as a supervisor - stupid shift work, opening at 6am, closing 10:30 some days - poor hygiene in some stores, rats everywhere - no social events as advertised - wastage is terrible, hundreds of buns thrown away. Against too good to go due to it hurting brand image - too many stores place young women for closing who get harassed by drunk or homeless people, management don’t care £14 pay team leader £13.50 team leader (can operate BOH and FOH) £13 team leader / baker

Buns & Coffee on shift, most co-workers are sweet!

Overall Incompetence from Managers. Pests in almost all locations They expect so much from team members especially kiosk stores - not worth the pay. Consistently changing shift times making them longer shorter which impacts everyone. I would sign a part time contract and they’ll give me full time hours??? Kiosks are horror no toilet inside, no chairs. No fan during the summer heat, it’ll be hotter inside the shop then the actual heat outside Just overall bad working conditions especially in KIOSKS!!!
