      Pros

      Free food is the only reason. You can't ask me to write 20 words on the pros of this job when there aren't any.

      Cons

      Minimum wage, rubbish hours, awful management, was sexually harassed by a number of managers and team members. A horrible place to work.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
