Pros
-Great co-workers and great management. The environment is fun and everyone that works here has similar interests because of their young age. -It's easy to get a specific day off if you put in for it early -Great work and personal life balance
Cons
-Like any other fast food job, it can get hectic at times during a rush. If your not quick on your feet this job may not be for you. -You work on almost every holiday except Christmas and Thanksgiving with no overtime or holiday pay. -Raises are nonexistent. The only way to get a raise is to become a manager. Managers make 60 more cent than I do. -No overtime. If you get overtime by accident, the big wigs up top (the district managers, not your store manager) will make sure you'll never get it again. -This is a job, that's it. You get a pay check, no benefits, no raises, no overtime, no time and a half, no paid vacations, and no paid holidays.
