Pros
Really nice staff both in London and abroad. Lovely people to work with makes you want to go to the office. Only 2 mandatory office days. Job autonomy, no micro-managing. Happiness Factory - good events and socials. Not expected to work longer than set hours.
Cons
Incredibly low pay for London. Absolutely criminal in 2025 for a private central London company in a multi million dollar industry. Employees should not be struggling to live. Lots of people have been there for years which means progression is stagnant. What is the point in staying on pennies if you can’t even hope to progress within 5 years. Rigid working hours. Must be 9-17.30, even though it’s a global company working with people in different time zones. Incredibly poor HR ‘team’. One person based in UK for global company, completely inadequate.
